- Guide & Support Your Unit. Your leadership makes the difference! As the Intensive Care Unit & Step-Down Unit Nurse Manager, you would oversee an 18-bed ICU and a 14-bed Step-Down Unit in a busy community hospital setting. Treating patients through a widespread of critical care diagnoses with a focus on Neuro, you would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety. You would use your excellent Leadership skills to act as a Staff Advocate with your 100+ direct reports.

Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability
Experience:
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in Intensive Care nursing.
2. At least 5 years of prior management experience required.
Education:
1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license and Provider BLS card required.
2. CCRN certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
