As the PAT, PreOp, & PACU Nurse Manager, you focus on patient throughput by managing a busy call center/clinic for PAT, 17 pre-op bays which are also used for Phase II patients, and 20 PACU bays. Surgeries span from orthopedics, ortho/spine, neuro, general/GU/GYN, thoracic, vascular, ENT, and podiatry. You would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety.

Position: Nurse Manager – PAT | Pre-Op | PACU
Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability

Experience: 
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in PACU nursing.
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.

Education: 
1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications: 
1. PA RN license and Heartsaver/BLS.
2. CPAN certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
