- Make an Impact! Use your dynamic leadership abilities in building and leading our interdisciplinary team within the PAT and PACU units. You will work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high quality patient care. Given the responsibility to provide on-going feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental goals, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules, you would also collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other team members to interview and select staff to join the team.
- Develop and Grow Your Career! Be one of the many MLH Assistant Nurse Managers who pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program! This position is eligible for $6,000 annually.

You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally.

Shift: Fulltime, 40 hours, M-F Day Shift
Experience:
1. Three to Five years of recent PACU Nurse experience preferred; PAT Nurse experience also desired.
2. Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.
Education:
1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2. BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.
3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license and Heart saver/CPR.
2. Certification in specialty area is desired.
