With minimal supervision, provides Occupational Therapy services to individual patients and patient groups, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in accordance with principles and practices of occupational therapy, and policies and procedures of BMR. All services provided will be appropriate to the age of the patient. Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy as evidenced by confirmation of entry-level degree or certificate required. Licensures & Certifications: 1. PA licensed or eligible 2. Temporary PA License acceptable, but must complete requirements for a permanent license within one year of first test date. 3. POTA & AOTA Membership (preferred) Experience: Successful completion of 6 months full time fieldwork
