To provide quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients referred to Main Line Heath settings and programs. Provides these services in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and the policies and procedures of Main Line Health Affiliates. Education: � Graduate of an occupational therapy program. BS required; Masteer�s or Doctorate preferred Licensures & Certifications: � Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license � Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire � Valid Driver�s license and insured automobile (as applicable) Experience: � Relevant clinical experience as per setting
