Using your dynamic leadership skills while working within the 23 bed unit, you would collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation of the department. As a Clinical Coordinator, you would be caring for an emergent patient population. Ensuring appropriate staffing needs are met as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the safety of patient care is provided, your overall clinical responsibilities will comprise of greater than 50% of your time.

Be one of the many MLH Nurses who pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Position: Clinical Coordinator - Emergency Department
Shift: Full Time Nights

Experience:
1. 3-5 years of recent Emergency Department Nurse experience preferred.
2. Prior charge nurse or other related leadership experience preferred.

Education:
1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
2. BSN preferred, other related Bachelor's Degree or pursuing required.
3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
