- Description: Use your dynamic leadership abilities in building and leading our interdisciplinary team within the Operating Room. You will work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high quality patient care. Given the responsibility to provide on-going feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental goals, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules, you would also collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other team members to interview and select staff to join the team.

- Riddle is recognized in the following Common Adult Procedures and Conditions of care: Colon Cancer surgery and Hip & Knee Replacement. Our new Patient Pavilion, slated for completion in 2024, will include a new 12-bed Operating Room Suite.

- Accreditations include: Blue Distinction Center for spine surgery
- We performed 6,675 total surgeries in FY21

Position: Assistant Nurse Manager – Operating Room
Shift: Fulltime Day Shift with a Minimum of 20% rotation to Off-Shift
Experience:
1. Three to Five years of recent Operating Room / OR Nurse experience preferred.
2. Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.
Education:
1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2. BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.
3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Certification in specialty area is desired.
