Recruiting|Sourcing Manager
We are seeking to hire a Recruiting/Sourcing Manager with strong people leadership and business partnering skills. In this role you will develop and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers working on sourcing, candidate placement, process improvement, and business partner satisfaction. Work as a strategic partner across MLH while you cultivate a collaborative team environment, develop your recruiters, sourcers and coordinators and celebrate team and individual wins.
Through your guidance and leadership, you will ensure your team continues to build and maintain positive hiring manager and candidate experiences while being able to drive staffing solutions for various client groups. In addition to managing a team of recruiters and coordinators to provide excellent support in the full cycle recruitment process, you will also oversee the sourcing team responsible for creating and deploying new, innovative talent sourcing strategies that will strengthen Main Line Health’s capabilities to be sure we have the talent needed to meet our current and future business needs.
Develop and drive the strategy and execution of Staffing Solutions including process, tools/technology, metrics and reporting.
Influence a data-driven recruiting organization, analyzing key recruiting metrics and analytics to support insights, drive decision making, and measure team productivity.
Partner with HR Partners and with business leaders at all levels of the organization to understand needs and deliver recruiting results.
Create methodology to optimize Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) partner relationships, local conference presence and event strategy
Improve on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in many venues while analyzing return on investment on each talent sourcing strategy per channel.
Develop employment branding to attract active and passive candidates.
Develop and implement key sourcing processes and metrics
Support process improvement/change management projects.
Bachelor’s Degree required, concentration in Human Resources or related field preferred
10 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in Recruitment and experience managing a team of direct reports required (3+)
Recruitment Sourcing experience in a large corporation or equivalent in a Recruiting Firm or Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company.
Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools, processes & techniques
Use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent identification including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to listen, advise and influence business leaders
Experience driving continuous improvement, along with strong project management skills
