In this integral role, you will work independently and with other members of the compensation team to manage the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans. Using your current knowledge of market trends and ability to perform analysis of positions you will help to ensure that the compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations so that the over 10,000+ Main Line Health employees are paid accurately and fairly. In collaboration with your HR colleagues, be a key advisor to your client groups and to management throughout the organization on critical issues including pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs. Status: Full Time, Salaried
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years in compensation required. Healthcare compensation experience preferred, or other 24/7 operations with shift differentials and as needed employment
PC knowledge required, including exceptional Excel skills, Word, Access and the ability to learn related compensation programs.
Excellent verbal, written and mathematical skills required with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
Licenses/Certifications: CCP Preferred
