Project Manager, Home Care & Hospice

Serve as the primary planner, facilitator and coordinator of agency application projects. Develop work plans for projects, identifies resource requirements (labor, hardware, software, and network) obtains resources within the agency and across the system, and monitors the progress of projects to meet negotiated and targeted deadlines and deliverables. Education: Bachelors Degree in IS, Business, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or application related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform duties of the job is required. Incumbent must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as solid organizational, planning and project management skills. Experience: Minimum two (2) years recent healthcare information system experience with one (1) year recent project management experience desirable.
