To provide quality Physical Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients referred to Main Line Health settings and programs. Provides these services in accordance with the principles and practices of Physical Therapy and the policies and procedures of Main Line Health. Education: Graduate of a physical therapy program. BS required; Master�s or Doctorate preferred Licensures & Certifications: Current Pennsylvania Physical therapy license Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire Valid Driver�s license and insured automobile (as applicable) Experience: Relevant clinical experience as per setting
