The Director, Finance for MLHC is responsible for the development, maintenance and administrative oversight of the Main Line HealthCare financial function. Main Line HealthCare is Main Line Health’s rapidly expanding, high-performing multispecialty physician practice group employing over 600 providers (430 physicians) with annual revenues of approximately $200M.  The Director assumes overall responsibility, in conjunction with the President, MLHC, Vice President, Administration of MLHC and MLH System Vice President, Finance, for identifying goals and strategies which contribute to improved operational efficiencies and financial results. Individual is an integral member of the MLHC Senior Management Team facilitating the efficient operation and growth of the physician practice network.

 

Qualifications:

  • B.S in Accounting or Finance
  • 7 to 10 years healthcare finance experience
  • Management experience in a multi-specialty group practice strongly preferred
  • Experience in physician network development a plus
  • Competence and fluency in healthcare professional reimbursement environment
