- Are you a weekend warrior and patient advocate? This may be the position for you! As a Patient Care Technician, you will be working collaboratively with the Nurses within the [ENTER #BEDS] unit. Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of the Patient Experience. You will be caring for a [ENTER PATIENT POPULATION] patient population by assisting with their daily living activities, taking vital signs, Accu-Cheks, Phlebotomy, EKG’s, and other nursing assistant responsibilities. Shift: 1. Previous experience in delivery of patient services preferred. 2. Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Experience:
1. Graduation from high school or equivalent required. 2. Some college preferred.
Education:
BLS Healthcare Provider preferred on hire / required prior to completion of unit orientation.If TCC position:Nursing Aid Certification required. (Otherwise can be deleted)
