The VP will Implement the comprehensive and unifying strategic plan that establishes the clinical, educational and research priorities for Cancer Services within MLH.

Position Overview:
Main Line Health's vision for cancer is to establish clinical and research programs that provide the full continuum of state-of-the-art care in an integrated, multi-disciplinary and patient centric manner. The Vice President (VP) will have overall responsibility for the successful development and implementation of detailed business plans defining the strategic, programmatic and operational aspects of the cancer service line across Main Line Health and coordinating activities across its four hospitals, satellites and affiliates.
Experience:
- Cancer service line or cancer hospital experience required.
- Seven to ten years of management experience in a complex integrated health system.
- Experience redesigning an organization's research strategy.
- Experience successfully growing the cancer service line.
- Experience working effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers in an integrated multidisciplinary and inter-professional work environment.
- Demonstrated success influencing change even when the leadership role has significant responsibility and limited authority.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate clinical discipline or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration with a healthcare specialization, public health/administration or in nursing administration.
Master's degree preferred.
