As the Outpatient Therapy Supervisor, you will organize and coordinate the daily operations and clinical functions of the outpatient therapy clinic. You will also assist with employee performance management, clinical competency, and staff development, as well as manage daily department staffing, performance improvement projects, and program development. The Outpatient Therapy Supervisor provides quality Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients referred to Main Line Health settings and programs. Position: Supervisor of Outpatient Therapy, Newtown Sqaure
Shift: Day shift, evening coverage as needed

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years clinical outpatient therapy experience. 1 year supervisory experience.

Education:
1. Graduate of a physical therapy or occupational therapy program is required.
2. BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current PA Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire.
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
