You will maintain a positive, collaborative problem-solving relationship with other management staff while effectively leading a team of Laboratory team members. Use your attention to detail and critical thinking skills to ensure regulatory compliance and managing quality control & quality improvement activities within the lab. Take your leadership to the next level by helping to prep annual operational, capital, and personnel budgets for the department.

Supervisor
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
Experience:
Must have 5 years experience in related field with 3 years of prior management
experience.
Skills necessary to perform procedures contained in the Laboratory Procedure manual to include specimen processing test performance and reporting of test results.
Ability to troubleshoot instrument problems.
Previous blood bank experience is highly preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Licensures/Certifications:
MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification is preferred
