We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Second Cook with solid leadership skills to prepare and serve meals for our patients, visitors, and staff. As a Second Cook you will be responsible for reviewing menus and production sheets to plan and prepare a cooking schedule that ensures meals will be ready as specified times by following standardized recipes to ensure a consistent product.

Shift: Between the hours of 6:00am and 8:00pm including every-other weekend working both Saturday and Sunday and rotating holidays.
Experience:
At least one year or institutional cooking experience preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
Food Handlers Certification or equivalent preferred
