Position: Registered
Nurse Care Coordinator
Shift: Per diem, as needed and as scheduled.
Experience: 3 years of recent clinical experience is required,
leadership experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s
degree in clinical discipline required; Master’s Degree in a clinical
discipline strongly preferred.
Licensures/Certifications: Active PA license in Clinical Discipline (RN, PT, OT, RPh, etc.) required.
