You will support, direct, and maintain all efforts of the Program Director and the Graduate Medical Education office as well as maintaining the requisite elements of the clerkship program. Maintaining familiarity with and working knowledge of all standards/mandates that impact the training program you are supporting is essential. You will also ensure RRC accreditation, fulfillment of recruitment processes, and all daily operational functions of the training program. This position supports the Cardiovascular Disease- Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology fellowships.

Position: Residency/Fellow Program Coordinator
Shift: Day Shift
Experience:
1. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
2. Proficiency in relational database programs (Access, FoxPro, etc.) a plus.
3. Must be willing to learn new systems and applications (ERAS, WebADS, FREIDA, CPME, SSO, CASPR, AFCAS, etc.)
Education:
1. College BA or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous experience in Graduate Medical Education preferred.
