Riddle Hospital currently has 204 beds and is located in Media, PA. Currently undergoing a modernization project which will include a new patient pavilion, as well as renovations to existing care units and support areas, you would provide care in all private patient rooms, contemporary facilities, and have advanced technology to support the needs of the community. Our Telemetry units specialize in stroke, oncology, ortho, inpatient observation, trauma, and cardiac monitoring.
As an Operating Room Assistant (ORA):You are an integral member of the Perioperative Team! As an ORA, you will work with Surgical Technicians, OR Nurses, Anesthesia, and Surgeons to provide personal and environmental care and comfort to patients undergoing surgery. ORAs are responsible for cleaning and sterilizing the Operating Room and OR equipment after each procedure, restocking sterile supplies, and transporting patients, equipment, and specimens, among other duties as required.
