Experience:
1. 5-10 years real estate experience with focus in leasing, management, operations.
2.Complete understanding of common area maintenance charges and reconciliation process as well as enforcing all lease terms.
3. Knowledge of medical office building operations.
4.Understanding of medical practice operations.
5. Proven ability in the following areas: strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making, negotiating and relationship management.
6.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in finance, real estate or accounting.
Licensures & Certifications:
Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification is recommended but not required.
