  • Make an Impact! The Project Manager, is responsible for planning, leading, facilitating and/or coordinating quality initiatives and performance improvement teams for Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance. This manager will lead quality initiatives and interdisciplinary teams that support a systematic, coordinated outcome-focused improvement approach to the monitoring, evaluation and improvement of clinical outcomes, patient safety, Environment of Care and patient and family satisfaction.

Experience:

Experience- Minimum of 5 years healthcare, acute care setting.- Minimum of 5 years management and/or adult education experience in healthcare.- Master's Degree or currently enrolled in Master's program preferred.- Recent Quality Improvement experience/project management experience preferred.- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.- Basic knowledge of concepts, techniques, and methodologies of implementing and coordinating quality initiatives/process improvements in a variety of healthcare settings.- Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary teams. Ability to lead, direct, and instruct teams, utilizing tools to address opportunities for improvement- Experience in providing reports and data analysis. - Demonstrated knowledge of teaching and management principles.


Education:

Graduate Nurse from an accredited institution with a current Pennsylvania license preferred. Bachelors in a healthcare related field required. Master's in a healthcare field required or in progress.

Licensures/Certifications:

Active Nursing license from Pennsylvania
