- Guide & Support Your Team. Your leadership makes the difference! As the Program Manager of Musculoskeletal Services, you will manage and grow the total joint replacement program at Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital, and/or Lankenau Medical Center. This includes managing all programmatic functions to ensure seamless delivery of care from the patient's point of entry in the program through discharge. You will conduct marketing and pre-operative patient education seminars, coordinate multidisciplinary staff responsibilities for the program, monitor quality and patient satisfaction outcomes and recommend and implement appropriate corrective action when needed. In conjunction with the patient services administrator/orthopedic service line administrator and the orthopedic patient care manager, the Program Manager will also manage all projects related to the development and expansion of the program. The Program Manager will act as a liaison to all physicians participating in the program and their office staff, and provide marketing materials and strategies for making the program successful for each office. In addition, the Program Manager will provide clinical knowledge in the area of joint replacement and orthopedics to staff, patients, families, and other professionals in the community.

Experience:
1. Minimum of three years clinical experience required.
2. Previous public speaking experience with patient education lectures/seminars required.
Education:
1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or physical/occupational therapy.
2. Bachelor's degree required.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. A current RN, PT or OT license.
