  • Make an Impact! Serve as an internal consultant and thought partner to senior leadership. Leads organizational effectiveness initiatives including strategy, business process, organization structure, governance, and operating model design. Also supports organizational development initiatives as needed (including employee engagement, strategic succession planning, internal and external talent development), and enables the Main Line Health Strategic Plan through effective HR programs.

Experience
  • A minimum of 8-10 years related work experience, with at least three years of HR related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project or program management
  • Graduate degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred
  • Experience with Lean/Agile transformation preferred
  • Significant experience building relationships at multiple levels of the organization including employees, leadership, and with external customers
  • Excellent research, communication, reporting and presentation skills and experience required
  • Familiarity with Federal/State/Local regulatory requirements relating to Human Resources
Education
Bachelor's degree

Licensures & Certifications
Relevant HR and/or professional certifications (e.g., PHR, CPHR, Prosci, etc.) preferred
