In this high-profile role you are responsible for coordinating all aspects of basic office functions for a Medical Practice. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office including staffing, scheduling, billing and assisting with patient care issues.

Position: Office Coordinator
Shift: Day shift, Full time - 40 hours a week - Monday-Friday, evening requirement

Experience:
1. Minimum of three years’ experience in a physician practice required.
2. Knowledge of personal computer and relevant software applications preferred.
3. Proficient in medical procedures and medical terminology required.

Education:
High School Diploma / GED required.

Licensures/Certifications:
Epic Super User preferred.
