As an Occupational Therapist with Main Line Health Home Care you will provide quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients referred to Main Line Heath settings and programs. You will provide these services in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and the policies and procedures of Main Line Health Affiliates.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Home Care Network
Shift: Per Diem - Hours during the week as needed.
Territory: West Philadelphia
Experience:
1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.
Education:
1. Graduate of a Occupational Therapy program is required.
2. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license.
2. Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire.
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
