As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within our Lankenau Medical Center your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include managing the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position: RN Hospital Supervisor - Lankenau Medical Center
Shift: Per Diem, Varied Shifts
Experience:
1. Five (5) years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.
Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
