As a Medical Secretary for the Pathology & Cytology department, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Pathologists, and serve as a liaison for physicians and other hospital personnel. Additional responsibilities will include: handling send outs of various tests and/or files, system data to be entered, requests and case information. The work you do makes a tremendous impact!

Position: Medical Secretary
Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Experience:
A minimum of three years’ recent secretarial experience, preferably medical transcription required

Medical terminology experience preferred.

Experience with Epic system is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office required with ability to use and/or learn multiple computer software programs.

Must be willing to travel to other Main Line Health hospital based on departmental needs

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
