Manager, Business Devl, MTC
The Division Manager of Business Development for Mirmont Treatment Center will manage the retention of existing clients and development of new business opportunities as they relate to the provision and promotion of Mirmont Treatment Center services to Main Line Health System entities and the community at large. The Division Manager of Business Development for Mirmont Treatment Center is responsible for the development of marketing strategies, which include the development of business plans and proposals, direct contact with sales prospects, direct management oversight of Mirmont Account Managers, and the cultivation of relationships to facilitate referrals and monitor customer satisfaction.
Education:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. Three to five years supervisory experience which includes program development and coordination. Knowledge of addiction market and clinical principals as well as basic management principles.
Licensures & Certifications: None required.
Experience:
Three (3) years of direct sales experience and a proven history of self-directed activity.
Five (5) years of experience within Substance Use Disorder Treatment/ Healthcare. Related background to patient/customer experience work preferred.
