This position functions as the next generation of network-centric Cloud architecture by establishing an end-to-end Cloud Automation including Infrastructure provisioning and integration with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) platforms, using existing and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for implementing and administering windows server and storage in a virtualized environment leading the move of infrastructure to the Cloud. Use your teamwork and collaboration skills to work independently, with & across teams to establish smooth running environments.

Position: Senior IT Systems Engineer
Shift: 40/wk

Experience:
1. 4 - 7 years of experience or expertise in the following areas preferred:
2. Experienced systems engineer who has 5+ years of system administration experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 operating systems and endpoint/mobile operating systems including but not limited to Windows 7 and 10, iOS, OSX, Android
3. Experience with cloud hosting solutions such as Microsoft Azure and O365 Administration and supporting technologies
4. Experience embracing Agile principles, IT Infrastructure design, implementation and support.
5. Experience with automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, and Ansible; demonstrated ability to design and document complex workflows, automate processes, configurations using Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
6. Scripting experience with Powershell or other scripting languages
7. Experience with electronic messaging and its security (Symantec Enterprise Vault, Data Discovery processes, Zix, ProofPoint, OpenText RightFax, Microsoft Exchange)
8. Advanced knowledge and experience administering Active Directory, including Group Policy management & user/machine security
9. Experience in server and desktop virtualization platforms (VMWare, Citrix)
10. Experience in IT security/security remediation processes
11. Experience with physical servers, storage, and endpoints (Cisco UCS, HP Proliant, NetApp storage, Data Domain, HP desktops/laptops, mobile devices)
13. Mobile device management (MDM) experience in a mixed corporate owned/bring your own device (COD/BYOD) environment (Microsoft InTune, Apple VPP, Android, iOS)
14. Experience with automated monitoring systems and technologies, and automated patching/software deployment procedures including but not limited to SolarWinds, Shavlik/Ivanti, Symantec Altiris
15. Experience supporting business continuity and disaster recovery though backup systems and data replication (Veritas Netbackup and eVault, VMWare SRM, Veeam Replication, NetApp Data Replication)
16. Understanding of/experience with remote access technologies including Citrix Netscaler, Cisco AnyConnect, Microsoft Multi-factor Authentication, and VPN
17. Previous experience working with outside vendors is strongly preferred.
18. Thorough understanding of desktop/server virtualization and cloud management technologies with well-rounded knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VMPLS, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls, etc.)
19. Ability to build and maintain storage solutions (SAN, NAS, BLOB)
20. Knowledge of IT security and ability to remediate security vulnerabilities (DLP, encryptions, SSL, TLS)
21. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, flexibility in concepts and action, able to handle aggressive mission critical deadlines
22. Excellent team player - proven ability to resolve problems professionally and systematically

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology field strongly preferred or at least 6 years of relevant experience
