We have a newly created position for a motivated Field Services Engineer to join our fast paced corporate IT department located in Berwyn, PA.

 

The IT Field Services Engineer provides primary field level support and maintenance to end users at assigned locations with Main Line Health.

 

Responsibilities to include:

installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware including but not limited to PC, printers, mobile devices, scanners, telecommunications equipment, and all other approved end point devices to ensure optimal performance.

troubleshoot problem areas, in person, by telephone, or via remote access, in a timely and accurate fashion, while minimizing disruption to clients.  

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or advanced technical certifications preferred.

 

Licensures & Certifications:

  • A+, Network+, Microsoft Certification are preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in desktop support including imaging, troubleshooting, hardware support, remote user support.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer skills and good writing and organizational skills are required.
  • Experience with enterprise device management tools.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the installation and support of each of the following preferred: Windows OS, Active Directory, Networking (including IP addressing, VLANs, subnets, connectivity troubleshooting) ,Wi-fi , Remote access, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Mobile devices
