Our Human Resources Managers are responsible for advising and assisting management (Presidents, VPs, Directors, Managers, and Supervisors) across multiple client groups regarding best practices in employment-related decisions and actions, organizational development, regulatory compliance/policies, recruitment, benefits/compensation, and training.

There are numerous committees and work groups you can join and represent your campus/client groups in as well.

Experience
A minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience is preferred, with multiple areas of expertise.

Education
B.S. in Human resources or other related fields.
