Epic Application Analyst

- Make an Impact! As the Epic application analyst, you will be responsible for the development, support and ongoing maintenance of the EHR and supporting integrated areas (if applicable). Use your critical thinking and process improvement skills to assist in optimizing workflow processes through building applications that are standardized to meet the health system needs. You will be required to maintain Epic certification for the application(s) you support. The position will require you to have strong communication and analytical skills to interpret appropriate clinical and non-clinical requests. You will review and implement new application features for upgrades and apply special update packages, along with enhancement requests and ticket resolution.

Experience:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years recent healthcare information systems or clinical management systems experience.
2. Large scale healthcare systems planning and implementation experience on application software products.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in technology, clinical or related field preferred, and/or equivalent experience/training.
Licensures/Certifications:
Current Epic certification(s) and/or appropriate certifications as defined by role (if applicable to application (s) or must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completed testing. Epic experience preferred.
